Capture Cincinnati…Vote 4 Me Please

Last year I entered a contest called Capture Cincinnati. I was published last year! A picture I took of some flowering weeds at Sharon Woods was their choice.
This year I am hoping for multiple photos to be published and to win one of their prizes.
So if you could, please take a moment and register on the site. (You have to register to vote but they aren’t annoying with their emails - I promise.) One of the things I love the most about art museums is the ability to get up close to the work. I am simply drawn to want to see the way the art was created. I have this special addiction to brush strokes.
This particular painting not only feed the brush stroke addiction but it contained some of the most amazing shades of blue, which is my favorite color. So of course I had to stop and take it all in.
