I am way behind…my apologies!
This is again a picture that uses my love for my alphabet blocks and a possible new addiction of little wooden crafts. This was a photo that I was thinking of using for Christmas cards. So often it seems that December brings anxiety and stress. I was attempting to create a little visual reminder to allow peace into our lives.

This is a picture of 2 of my favorite random subjects, my little wooden figure I call “Woody” and my alphabet blocks. This is the design I used to make thank you cards. I figured November is a good month to remember to give thanks.

This is a picture of Tom Conlon’s amp taken from the show that he played at Taza. The amp fascinated me because I had never seen one so small before and it kinda looked like it was old.

This is a picture of an idea I had that I totally didn’t think would work. I picked one from my backyard and sat on the porch and picked it to where there was one seedling left. This picture reminds me of lyrics to the Good Charlotte song Hold On, “Hold on, if you feel like letting go. Hold on, it gets better than you know.”

This picture is from Newport Aquarium. My mom and I went there for a behind-the-scenes tour for her birthday. I love the jellyfish room. I love their colors and how they move.

This picture is from the Ohio Challenge Hot Air Balloon Festival in Middletown. The Army was there passing out little flags to whoever visited their booth. I was playing with the flag when the picture idea hit me.

This picture is of the sky while I was sitting and relaxing at Cornerstone. Everything was particularly vivid and alive that day and the sky became my muse.

This month’s calendar is a picture of a large painting located in Grace United Methodist’s prayer room. The bright vivid colors have always captured my attention and since I had my camera on this particular visit I took several pictures of it.

This month’s calendar picture was taken at the Withrow Nature Preserve. The Withrow Nature Preserve has many trails that really just allow you to disappear and escape. This particular bend reminded me of to take the road less traveled.

This month’s calendar features a picture ofone of the flowers in an arrangement that I was given for my birthday. I don’t know exactly what type of flower it was, but I do know it was some kind of lily. As it went from bud to full bloom, I became completely fascinated by it.
